Individual & Group Training

We have so many workout options available. Wanna throw kettlebells around or do you prefer bodyweight exercises, TRX or pumping iron? Whether  you just need to drop a few pounds or want to get into contest level shape, we will assess your current fitness level & design a program to help you achieve your goals. 

  • $45 per hour
  • $40 per hour for package of 5 ($200)
  • $35 per hour for a package of 10 ($350)
  • $25 per hour for a package of 20 ($500)

Small group sessions also available. Pricing includes full use of a complete home gym close to Southlands Mall.
